Refund Policy – Eagle Servers LLC

This Refund Policy applies to all hosting, VPS, cloud infrastructure, and voluntary contribution payments made to Eagle Servers LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Hosting & VPS Services

All fees paid for:

  • VPS plans

  • Web hosting services

  • Cloud services

  • Dedicated resources

  • Add-ons, upgrades, and optional features

are strictly non-refundable.

Provisioning of Services begins immediately upon payment, and resources are allocated in real-time; therefore, we cannot reverse or refund payments once the transaction is completed.

2. Service Downtime or Interruptions

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Downtime of any duration

  • DDoS attacks or network issues

  • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance

  • Performance degradation

  • Misconfigurations caused by the customer

  • Issues arising from third-party providers

Services are provided “as-is” and “as available”.

3. Voluntary Contributions

Any voluntary contribution or donation made through our platform is:

  • Final

  • Non-refundable

  • Not eligible for dispute or chargeback

  • Not considered payment for Services

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without a valid and lawful basis:

  • Your account may be immediately suspended or terminated

  • Your services may be revoked

  • You may be blacklisted from future use

  • Collection efforts may be initiated

  • Legal action may be taken under Wyoming contract and fraud laws

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating any dispute.

5. Fraud & Unauthorized Payments

If a payment is determined to be fraudulent or unauthorized:

  • Services may be temporarily suspended

  • Verification of identity or payment ownership may be required

  • Refunds, if any, will be granted only at our sole discretion

  • We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities or payment processors

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be issued where required by:

  • Wyoming state law

  • Applicable U.S. federal regulations

  • A valid court order

  • Card network rules under clearly defined circumstances

No other exceptions are granted.
