How do I create my first instance?

To create your first instance:

  1. Sign in to your dashboard
  2. Click “Create Instance”
  3. Select your desired configuration
  4. Choose a region
  5. Click “Deploy”

Your instance will be ready in under 55 seconds!

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum). Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

Use the following command:

ssh root@[instance-ip]

Make sure you’ve added your SSH key during instance creation.

Billing & Pricing

How does billing work?

We bill monthly for all services. You’ll receive an invoice at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s usage. Hourly resources are billed based on actual usage.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

 

Technical Issues

My instance is not responding. What should I do?

First, check our status page for any ongoing issues. If everything is operational:

  1. Try rebooting your instance from the dashboard
  2. Check your firewall rules
  3. Review the instance logs
  4. Contact support if the issue persists
